An important metric of the performance of a schoo-food system is the carbon foodprint of the food consumed on the school premises. The toolkit is currently only offered in the Greek version. In the near future, you can find in this toolkit three files:

- a general project manual with instructions (this can be adapted to the situation of each school)

- a word document that students can give to their intreviees to record the foods they consume for 3 days

- an excel file where students can fill-in the data they have collected.
